Started cycling aged? 18.

First bike? Viking Roma.

What inspired you to cycle? I was inspired after the 2012 Olympics and decided to change my sport from running to cycling.

First race? Wallis Cycles Spring Series Race 2 – 16th March 2013.

Favourite place to ride? Southern Spain, it’s warm, hilly, relaxed and has some real nice café’s.

Favourite race? Paris Roubaix.

Post race meal? Pitta bread, hummus, halloumi and Italian meats.

What inspires you to keep going when on the limit? I like to make other people proud and pain is only temporary.

Who is your cycling hero and why? – Peter Sagan, the way he rides, the show he puts on for his fans and his attitude towards racing.

What has cycling taught you?  It’s taught me to never give up, keep patient and appreciate where you are and what you have, after going to many countries to race.

Favourite music? Anything as long as it isn’t depressing. 50 Cent Many men.

Favourite film? Legend.

Interesting fact about you? I’m colour blind and like things to be in height order and very clean.
