20 mile TT

Local 20km TT - Wednesday 8th May - Cameron Foster reporting:

On Wednesday night I rode the local club time trial for two reasons. First it was road bikes only and secondly I was hoping for a PB for the last 90 day. All day it had been raining on and off so I decided to wrap up warm and not worry about being aero. The TT is 20km and my plan was to do a 20 min power test and hang on. The TT it's self was a bit lonely, not getting caught or seeing anyone up til the last mile or so, where I over took two riders. I finished in a time of 30:44 for the win and very happy and a nice power PB on top. I suspect I could have gone harder if I hadn't raced the day before, but it's all good training
