Started cycling aged? 14.
First bike? Felt F95 Road Bike 9 speed Sora.
What inspired you to cycle? My Dad started cycling in 2013 and I was able to borrow my uncles bike and go along on a few rides with him. I found that I thoroughly enjoyed it and had a natural ability for cycling.
Favourite place to ride? Gran Canaria - Stunning weather all year round, with an abundance of climbs makes for good winter training.
Favourite race? Tour de France, biggest race of the year, with the best riders battling for the yellow jersey over some the best climbs in the world and amazing crowds throughout the race.
Post race meal? Rib Eye steak, chips, peas and onion rings covered in peppercorn sauce.
What inspires you to keep going when on the limit? The thought of success and representing my team.
Who is your cycling hero and why? Geraint Thomas - Proud Welshman from my local area with a inspirational attitude, he always wants to do his best and perform at the highest level.
What has cycling taught you? A lot of self discipline and how to deal with disappointments and successes, which make me feel mentally strong, as well as physically strong.
Favourite music? Anything from late 00’s to the current charts.
Favourite film? James Bond - Spectre.
Interesting fact about you? In 2018, I won a UCI Derny race in Apeldoorn, representing Wales.
